- Recruitment:
- Execute recruitment plan and manage recruitment budget.
- Manage full pipelines of recruitment for vacant position.
- Input full pipelines of recruitment on HR system.
- Customize creative platforms to manage pipelines report, analyze the outcomes, shift focus to specific areas, tracking and report on specific candidate information.
- Conduct recruitment report to HRM/R&PD Manager.
- Attract potential candidates & conduct database by net working through industry contacts, headhunt, social media, and referral employees.
- Employer branding:
- Support employer branding activities for internal and external, including online and offline platforms (FB, LinkedIn, Website, …)
- Build and nurture partnerships with strategic pharmaceutical universities in branding and career consultant activities for students to build talent spectrum for future workforce (Career workshop, Talks, Competition, Sponsorship…)
- Annual engagement projects and activities.
- Be mainly responsible for engagement events: New Year Party, Appreciation gala.
- Support R&PD Manager in assigned events to increase employee experience.
