- Deliver GP Budgets for the Territory by strategically targeting and engaging with clients.
- Identify and foster relationships with clients within the territory, focusing on preferred client criteria.
- Engage and secure commitment from clients and key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Meet targets through visits, phone calls, and direct mail to prospects and existing customers.
- Maintain opportunity pipelines exceeding territory budgets/hit rates.
- Promptly register and follow up on opportunities generated in CRM.
- Utilize the firm's selling processes to understand customer needs and provide value-added solutions.
- Document and share relevant customer information internally.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting effectively.
- Collaborate closely with sales colleagues and related functions to maximize sales potential and achieve organizational goals.
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of documented sales experience in international transportation and logistics.
- Experience in global forwarding and logistics companies is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of local and international market conditions, financial aspects, and cultural differences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
- Fluent in the local language with comfortable English proficiency and other required languages.
- Presentation skills and ability to present effectively to small groups.
- Knowledge of company goals and strategies.
