Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

• Take the lead on commercial FP&A tasks across the entire company.
• Develop insights into external financial and macro-economic trends.
• Forecast and analyze total P&L by business channel; oversee the monthly management reporting package.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders in business units (BUs), company-wide (including both factory/operations/manufacturing), and regional & corporate teams.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and other periodic budget-update/forecast processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end closing tasks within the area of responsibility.
• Evaluate and assess investments, as well as other key commercial activities/programs such as promotions, trade schemes, commercial sales force incentives, etc.

• 10-15 years of experience; with 3-5 years at the same level/role.
• Strong preference for CIMA/CGMA/CPA/ACCA qualification.
• Fluent in business English with effective communication and presentation skills.
• Possess a strong business/commercial mindset, fostering business partnership, collaboration, and entrepreneurship.
• Solid background across multiple areas in finance, accounting, costing, and tax, including understanding of IFRS.
