The successfulcandidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in achieving revenuetargets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving the overallsuccess of the sales department.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support:Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve businessobjectives.Collaborate with the sales team to set realistic and achievable salestargets.Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to enhance theirperformance.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potentialcustomers.Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high levelof customer satisfaction.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize revenue.Sales Analysis and Reporting:Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports toAssistant Managing Director.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify businessopportunities.Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and tactics.Team Collaboration:Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customerservice, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.Assist in the training and development of sales team members.Sales Process Optimization:Streamline and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency.Identify areas for improvement in sales techniques and implementcorrective measures.Negotiation and Deal Closure:Participate in key negotiations and assist in closing high-value deals.Provide guidance on effective negotiation strategies to the sales team.Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customerpreferences.Use market research to identify new business opportunities and stayahead of the competition.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager or ina similar sales leadership role.Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to analyze sales data and trends to inform decision-making.Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.Familiarity with the Ho Chi Minh City market, business landscape and thestationery and office supply industry is a must.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Proficiency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken
