- Developing and executing commercial strategies that align sales, marketing, and business objectives, with a keen eye on financial targets and market trends
- Revenue growth and business development to expand the company's market share and recruit newer customers
- Financial analysis and performance including analyzing sales data, market trends, and financial reports to make data-driven decisions and enhance performance.
- Develop and manage commercial agreements with customers and vendors, including pricing, terms, and conditions
- Working with profit targets to set pricing strategies, optimize margins, and ensure sustainable profitability
- Conducting competitor and market analysis to identify trends, assess opportunities, and drive product/service improvements.
- Building and implementing customer satisfaction programs to enhance client retention and brand loyalty
- Identify and assess new business opportunities to diversify the company's revenue streams and improve its market position.
- Leading and motivating the commercial team (Sales & MKT), providing mentorship and guidance to drive excellence
- Implementing strategic training programs and supporting the team's professional growth.
- Make recommendations on building and managing the organizational structure of Marketing, Sales, Trade MKT, I&S, SO including: title, position, needed headcount, salary frame, bonus & allowance policies
- Make decision on recruitment, rotation, termination with Marketing, Sales, Trade MKT, I&S, SO from ASM level down
- Approve annual sales targets in or exceeding plan if getting consent of Deputy General Director - Finance & Service
- Approve sales policies, promotion by product within budget, brand marketing advertising expenses in plan if getting consent of Deputy General Director - Finance & Service
- Sign contract with partners in Sales, marketing, cooler/freezer management
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development principles and best practices
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving commercial targets
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Demonstrated success in a senior commercial leadership role, 5-7 years of experience
- Proven track record of achieving targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.
- High levels of experience in sales and/or marketing, as well as managing relationships with important clients and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards shared goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Skills of setting up, consulting on strategy & management according to objectives / plans.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and manage commercial agreements with customers and vendors.
- Having strategic vision, planning to run the entire business operations professionally and decisively
- Ability to organize and exploit resources (finance, human resources, other assets) effectively
- Being decisive, consistent, adventurous.
