  • Take full operational and clinical management responsibility for assigned clinic(s), ensuring superior care and quality outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, proactively preparing for audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives at both clinic and management levels to enhance patient care.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budget planning and cost control, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide supervision, training, and support to staff, fostering their continuous professional development.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with referring Client Organisations and stakeholders to promote collaboration and growth.
Requirements:
  • Registered Level 1 Nurse with the NMC, holding a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
  • Proficient in Haemodialysis with a proven track record of leading nursing teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading specialist nurses and practitioners.
  • Sound understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 relevant to Independent Healthcare providers.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
