- The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for our client
- Develop and execute branding strategies for current products, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning.
- Lead the launch of new products, creating innovative campaigns to maximize visibility and consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across various touchpoints.
- Develop and implement communication strategies that effectively convey the brand message to the target audience.
- Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and events.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and compelling communication across all channels.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Utilize customer data to identify opportunities for personalized marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Implement loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Lead the development and execution of omni-channel marketing strategies to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience.
- Collaborate with retail, online, and other channels to optimize marketing efforts across various platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance the omni-channel marketing approach.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Oversee the management of digital channels, ensuring a strong online presence and engagement.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and data to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the food or restaurant industry.
- Strong understanding of branding, communications, CRM, omni-channel, and digital marketing.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
