  • Our client is leading F&B chain is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, based in HCMC
  • The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for our client
Job ResponsibilitiesBranding:
  • Develop and execute branding strategies for current products, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning.
  • Lead the launch of new products, creating innovative campaigns to maximize visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across various touchpoints.
Communications:
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that effectively convey the brand message to the target audience.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and events.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and compelling communication across all channels.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management):
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Utilize customer data to identify opportunities for personalized marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Implement loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Omni-Channel Marketing:
  • Lead the development and execution of omni-channel marketing strategies to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience.
  • Collaborate with retail, online, and other channels to optimize marketing efforts across various platforms.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance the omni-channel marketing approach.
Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
  • Oversee the management of digital channels, ensuring a strong online presence and engagement.
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and data to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
Experience requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the food or restaurant industry.
  • Strong understanding of branding, communications, CRM, omni-channel, and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
