Our client is a manufacturing business which is transforming under the support of European headquarter. They are looking for a solid and passionate Quality Leader/Manager to establish and to standardise the department, helping the business to scale up.The key responsibilities include:

Developing quality assurance management plan & quality improvement
Establish, implement and ensuring compliance with all documentation, qualification and customer's requirements for services being delivered
Collecting and analysing data for customer requirements
Facilitating training with regard to quality managements issues and solution
Taking responsibility for customer audit and internal audit (including project management for production)
Investigate and find out the Non-conformity and advise the corrective action

European manufacturer of precision spare parts for Healthcare industry|Expanding and growing the operation VietnamThe ideal candidate should have:

Bachelor degree from Engineering, Industrial or Technical background
Able to develop the QMS and compliance procedure
Having experience in precision mechanical , or medical device will be plus
Good command of English and Vietnamese skills
Teamwork, and leadership skills
High flexibility, Proactive and can-do attitude
