- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market segments.
- Proactively seek and create opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers to expand customer base.

- Serves as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders and problem resolution.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable flooring solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, prices and conditions to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.

- Percentage of customers receiving sales information
- Collaborate with the service team to address customer requests, resolve problems and ensure service excellence.
- Liaise with production team to ensure on-time production and delivery and resolve production-related issues.
- Communicate customer feedback and market information to relevant departments to inform product development and improve customer experience.
- Graduated with a major in Business Administration or related major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international business, with knowledge in flooring or construction materials industry
- Proficient in English with 4 skills
- Knowledge of import-export, distribution, construction materials industry
- Ability to work independently and in groups.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Willing to travel for work when needed.
