Ensures aligned engineering and development standards for assigned products, product groups and / or systems (incl. product design, cost-to-design, application engineering, et.al.), on a global or regional level.
Provide analyses of technology standards for own products (in development, production, for own or supplier / competitors technology) in order to identify product portfolio optimization opportunities.
Conduct portfolio analyses, set guidelines and derive measures, programs or projects for development, optimization, standardization and alignment.
Monitor efficiency and alignment of the project portfolio and guide responsible internal stakeholder and external partners respectively, if appropriate.
Introduce baselines for market introduction, and support sales organization in advising customers on applications and use cases.
Secure technical support for all internal client-related organizations, i.e. marketing, PMO, technical offices, sales.

Your Qualifications

University degree in Engineering
10 to 15 years
