We're on the lookout for a Biddable Specialist with digital marketing project management experience to join our mission in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and become a part of this exciting journey towards a future where financial clarity and empowerment are within everyone's reach.Responsibilities:Develop and execute online paid media campaigns with a primary focus on lead generation and e-commerce conversions, utilizing Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other biddable platforms.Conduct thorough target audience research, consumer demand assessment, and search engine keyword analysis to establish effective bidding strategies.Optimize budgets and targeting to achieve client objectives, forecasting and estimating key performance indicators for the business development and sales teams.Supervise the setup and daily performance tracking of campaigns, proposing optimizations and testing plans to exceed KPIs.Lead and support a team of junior performance marketers, ensuring quality control before campaign launches and overseeing continuous improvement.Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations, delivering clear reports and strategies for next steps to both team members and clients.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into campaign management for optimal ROI/ROAS.Advise clients on digital transformation and develop long-term digital marketing strategies with clear KPIs, leveraging all necessary tools.Coordinate with IT, content marketing, and creative teams to develop and optimize campaign elements and tracking systems.Manage client relationships, address concerns, and ensure exceptional service delivery.Full P&L responsibility for client projects, working closely with the Marketing Director.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of media buying experience in a performance-led digital marketing agency for the biddable specialist role.At least 4 years of professional experience in a digital media agency or related field, with managerial experience for the project manager role.Strong background in paid media, with a focus on lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.Advanced proficiency in utilizing and optimizing Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and other digital marketing channels.Demonstrated experience managing multiple accounts and teams, with a commitment to quality and efficiency.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in A/B testing and campaign evaluation.Leadership abilities to mentor and develop a team of marketing professionals.Outstanding client service, presentation, and negotiation skills.Willingness to work flexibly and under pressure to meet deadlines.Proficient in MS-Office, with Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications as a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
