It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!Job DescriptionMain areasAbility to zoom in and out of various campaign tasks, ensuring that the quality of work for all ongoing projects are optimal and represent the brand’s tone of voice.Demonstrate stakeholder management skills in partnering with internal stakeholders to develop high quality creative solutions that meet overall business objectives and goals.Responsibilities & Creative DevelopmentAs a part of the Creative Lab team, your role as a Copywriter is to contribute ideas in ideation stage, provide copies needed for campaign deliverables and write persuasive, clear and concise copy that serves our consumers and increases click through rates.You are responsible for crafting creative and engaging copies for various channels that align with the Traveloka brand identity and language style.Develop creative strategy for 360 campaigns based on data and insights and contribute to the Big Idea deck to be presented to the stakeholders.Collaborate with Visual Communication Designers in the making of an engaging and communicative story manifested through various design forms that caters to users' needs, at the same time achieves business goalsBe a thought partner for the product marketing team, content team, display team, and other channel managers. Collaborate closely with the production team, brand identity team, external parties to ensure the campaign process runs smoothly.Provide understandable context and story to be translated to foreign languagesImprove communicative copy and simultaneously maintain consistency across all interfaces and communication channelsLocalization of English campaign materials to the local language.The Must HavesHave a strong empathy in understanding online consumer behaviorCritical thinking and ability to persuasively influence through storytellingA critical eye with attention to detailHave the ability to convey ideas and concepts to support creative pitchesSelf-driven in managing and accomplishing projects under tight deadlines and able to work with minimum supervisionFamiliar with SEO basic knowledgeUp to date on market trends and industry insightsRequirementsFluency in English is a must, min. iBT (Internet-based TOEFL) 100 or its equivalentAt least 4 years of experience in e-commerce copywritingAt least 2 years of experience in localization of English writing to local languageIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
