Restaurant General Manager (Fine Dining)

• Recruiting, hiring, and training all restaurant employees, including servers and hosts.
• Scheduling employees to ensure proper shift coverage.
• Streamlining restaurant processes to enhance guest experience.
• Monitoring the restaurant's finances, including sales and expenses.
• Enforcing food handling regulations and other guidelines to ensure guest safety.
• Promoting the restaurant and identifying ways to attract more customers Managing customer complaints.
• Filling out necessary paperwork, such as sales, inventory, and staff attendance reports.

• Experience in restaurant management, particularly cost control.
• A thorough understanding of the fine dining model, customer insights, and customer experience.
• Experience studying or working abroad is preferable.
• Excellent human resource management skills.
• Good at handling customer requests and providing excellent customer service.
• Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Can travel on business trips for work.
