This trend requires new techniques and solutions. Atlas Copco continues to innovate and part of our new strategy is to transform from a pure tool selling to a solution selling company. A crucial part of the new strategy is Digitalization and Automation with that widen our offerings to MVI customers enabling them to digitalize processes related to our core business.
As part of our Strategy 2022-2024 we are seeking for an ambitious and strong contributing individual to take up the position as Project/ Product Engineer in Vietnam.Job Description
  • To demonstrate execute our latest technology to customers, distributors, and Sales rep. Support sales to ensure targets are met in-line with the launch plan.
  • To coordinate with sales rep and distributor drive Transformation at Automotive accounts.
  • Drive marketing activities such as trainings, hands-on, development of marketing material, competitor analysis, product functionality and price positioning.
  • Learn how product can best be applied to customer applications, documenting, and sharing best practices.
  • Conduct periodic review and initiate updated product, including literature, specification sheets, videos, and standard procedures, produce local language brochures.
  • To progress project orders and supplier quotes, achieving client satisfaction and contractual compliance in terms of delivery, technical requirements and agreed scope of supply.
  • To coordinate activities and attend meetings at the customer site and ensure that all subsequent actions are undertaken in line with customer expectations.
  • To supervise contractors and internal service personnel during installation and commissioning stages of the project to ensure that customer requirements are met
  • To help provide detailed proposals, including accurate costing, and supporting documents, ensuring that they are effective, profitable and meet customer requirements.
  • To prepare detailed project plans, including timing plans, ensuring that they are regularly updated and communicated.
  • To assist customer support in generating invoices and expediting payments to close out projects.
  • To create project documents throughout the project lifecycle and provide the customer with all agreed final documentation.
  • Create project reports covering project status, planning and notable achievements.
  • To undertake ad hoc projects as required and carry out work at customer premises when required.
  • This position requires extensive travelling along Vietnam: Northern - Central - Southern
To succeed, you will needExperience Requirements
  • +5 years experiences in manufacturing, preferably in automotive
  • Ability to understand OEM production processes, Data Protocols and Network Architectures
  • Hands on knowledge of Windows API, Microsoft Access & SQL Server and Microsoft COM
  • Working knowledge of PC to controller communication software
  • Highly motivated, capable self-starter, team player, able to demonstrate successful performance with independent problem solving, presentations, leadership and task oriented to meet changing deadlines
  • Solid understanding in exploring, creating and communicating customer value.
  • Have experience working in Marketing, understanding in marketing fundamentals (product, price, place and promotion) is +
