Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege.About the roleTo assist the Regulatory Affairs Manager in providing the regulatory compliance activities for Reckitt Benckiser products (assigned categories) and daily operation/administrative work of regulatory function, leading to the high performance of RA department in Vietnam.Your responsibilitiesCompilation of registration dossiers for submissions to authoritiesPreparation, maintenance and update of product registration/license and regulatory compliance files.Submitting the registration application for new license & variation, as well as follow-up with governmental authorities to obtain rapid approvals.Maintaining regulatory documentation filing system.Prepare the regulatory/legal document to support export business (if any)Developing and maintaining a database of local regulatory requirements.Providing regulatory input for NPD/EPD projectsProviding regulatory and product compliance expertise in the area of advertising, label claims and printed materials for existing and new products.The experience we're looking forMust have a degree in pharmaceutical sciences.Language skills: Fluent in English and Vietnamese.Minimum 2 years experience in medicine markets, or other regulated healthcare categories e.g. cosmetics, medical devices, food supplement, biocides) and within a FMCG environment, with experience in Regulatory Affairs.Broad knowledge of Vietnam regulatory systemsExperience in handling issues resolution in regulatory affairsThe ability to effectively manage projects and relationships with local partners, contractors, and consultants to achieve Reckitt Benckiser's objectivesThe skills for successTask Execution Under Pressure, Business Acumen, Commercial Awareness, Objective Setting, Accountability, Consumer Insight, R&D, Product Lifecycle Management, Intellectual Property, Business Partnership, Collaboration and partnership building, Adapt to changes in technological development plans, Ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvement, Innovation Processes.What we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
