Job Description - Administrative/Personal Assistant (HCMC - Remote working)I. Responsibilities:- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to CEO and senior managers in both business & personal affairs.
- Arrange calendar/appointments/meetings.
- Prepare travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.II. Requirements:- Diploma Holder or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 2 years or above of relevant working experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Good command of both English and Chinese.
- Able to work independently and under pressure, being detail oriented and well organized.
- High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality
