​*JOB OVERVIEW:Responsible for delivering high quality service to clients and candidates of specific skills or industry by matching skills of qualified candidates to client vacancies, retaining business by providing outstanding customer service and quality to recruitment requirements and performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.*RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Client ManagementService level to the clientCandidate managementApply the Predictable Performance System (PPS) and profiling tool to select the candidatesPrepare the resume of the candidates and present to the clientUse persuasive ability to sell the job (base on key skills) to the applicant, and the applicant to the clientBe involved in salary package negotiation communicate all requirements of the job to the applicantsConduct reference checksApply the quality performance programs to ensure we provide quality serviceProvide career advice to candidates and market trends to the client as part of serviceApply candidate retention program to build relationship with candidates2. Candidate ManagementUpdate weekly activities for submission to Branch on WAR identify core candidates and implement appropriate methods to attract themInterview candidates within corporate guidelines to establish strengths, skills and requirementsRegister core candidates within corporate and legal requirementsUtilize in-house technology to test candidates' skills and to cross-train if requiredUtilize a multi-channel sourcing plan to provide predictable, consistent, and measurable name generation in order to connect with passive candidatesMinimize time spent with non-core candidatesAccurately interpret clients' person specification and identify suitable candidates through effective job matchingUse persuasive ability to sell the job to the candidate and the candidate to the clientCommunicate all requirements of the job to the candidateProvide face-to-face pre-interview advice to all candidatesFollow up all placements to ensure retention of feeDevelop and maintain good relationships with core candidates to ensure loyalty3. AdministratorUpdated databaseMaintain accurate and complete records on all clients and candidates into databaseEnsure continuous growth of the candidate database whilst maintaining its integrity throughout all dealingsEnsure prompt billing and collections4.
