  • Meeting with clients to understand and document their needs and objectives.
  • Analyzing and prioritizing requirements based on business goals.
  • Leading and managing multiple projects from initiation to completion.
  • Defining project goals, success criteria, and deliverables.
  • Developing detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinating and communicating with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Monitoring and reporting project progress, identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Managing project versions, resources, and timelines. Conducting performance evaluations for the team and interviewing candidates.
  • Fostering a collaborative and innovative project management environment.
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions to relevant teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Collaborating with quality assurance teams to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements.
  • Flexibility and ability to conform to shifting priorities and timelines.
  • Preference for candidates with experience working with international customers/projects.
  • Knowledge of business analysis process and methodologies, software process management, and project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
