ACG_1921_JOBOur client is a leading distribution company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:Contribute to the company's strategic direction by formulating and executing short- to long-term financial strategies aligned with the organization's overarching goals.Conduct thorough due diligence and feasibility studies to support business development and expansion initiatives, providing senior management with informed advice on investment decisions.Establish and maintain a robust financial framework encompassing risk management, treasury operations, tax planning, financial controls, and management information systems.Oversee the annual budgeting process for the department and collaborate with the Controller as necessary.Supervise the implementation of IT solutions that are both efficient and cost-effective, supporting the company's growth objectives.Stay updated on regulatory changes and emerging financial, accounting, and IT trends, providing updates to the Board of Management and implementing necessary process improvements.Responsible for establishing and implementing robust financial policies, systems, and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.Efficiently manage the Accounting & Finance and IT functions, including accounting, treasury, tax, corporate finance, governance, risk management, compliance, and IT.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, providing regular updates and analysis to the Board of Management.Guarantee compliance with statutory financial reporting standards.Oversee corporate governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives, ensuring proper implementation throughout the organization.Maintain the integrity of financial systems to facilitate accurate and timely management reporting and meet group reporting deadlines.Manage the company's cash flow position by optimizing interest rate sourcing.Lead corporate tax reporting efforts and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.Act as the primary liaison for investor relations, representing the organization effectively.Coordinate with external auditors, review their recommendations, and enhance policies and processes as needed.Supervise the execution of key process improvement projects and monitor milestones.Manage PTG technology resources to ensure effective and reliable operations.Offer financial feasibility and risk advisory to the Board of Management.Identify the essential skill sets needed to fulfill business needs and ensure that recruitment, compensation, and retention approaches are tailored to meet those needs.Evaluate the performance of team members to ensure both individual and organizational goals are achieved.Establish and communicate performance objectives for staff to ensure that individual goals align with corporate objectives.RequirementsEducational background in Finance and Accounting; CPA or relevant certificate is preferredPrevious experience in distribution and FMCG is a plusDemonstrated internal process optimizationPrevious experience in big corporations with several entitiesAbility to manage the entire Finance and Accounting teamWilling to cover IT matters and look after Legal cases related to FI & Acc, tax regulation, and business controllerProduce Finance and Accounting reports to submit to the HQOpen to having Vietnamese direct Line ManagerGood EnglishExp in SAPAccountable, energetic, and willing to tackle challengesContact: Hoang Hai HaDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
