As a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL), you will be in charge of developing and maintaining professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals through highly scientific product and disease-state discussions that support or expand current therapeutic concepts and ensure the safe and effective use of products.As a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL), you will be in charge of developing and maintaining professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and HCPs through highly scientific product and disease-state discussions that support or expand current therapeutic concepts and ensure the safe and effective use of products.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key HCPs to gain a better understanding of the company's products and raise product awareness.
  • Collaborate with KOLs to gather insights, feedback, and medical/scientific information to inform the company's medical affairs, commercial strategies, and research initiatives.
  • Provide clinical and scientific support for HCPs by answering questions about products, drug interactions, side effects, and other related issues.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on company products and take part in panel discussions.
  • Provide medical information to internal and external customers, including medical information officers, writers, and regulatory affairs.
  • Capable of implementing and managing Early Access or Compassionate Use Programs, with a strong emphasis on patient-centeredness.
  • Ensure all activities and interactions follow industry regulations, company policies, and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and codes of conduct that govern medical affairs activities.
Individuals with a strong scientific background and good communication skills|One of the leading pharmaceutical multinational companies in ophthalmology
  • Experience with the pharmaceutical/biotechindustry, clinical practice, or academia, preferably in ophthalmology.
  • Strong scientific understanding and interpretation of complex clinical data, as well as exceptional communication and presentation skills for conveying scientific information to a wide range of audiences.
  • Proven ability to establish and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • This position requires knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance, collaboration in cross-functional teams, and strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
  • Willingness to travel for business.
