In its Tortola operation, it is actively looking to hire a senior UK qualified commercial litigator - Solicitor or Barrister - for the role of Senior Associate in its Tier 1 Dispute Resolution Practice.In terms of workload, the team specialises in complex multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation and dispute resolution, mainly involving company law/shareholder disputes, insolvency, civil fraud/asset tracing and trusts. You will not only further build upon your case management experience, but you'll be given the opportunity to gain significant advocacy experience at the interlocutory, trial and appellate levels, as well as in arbitration and mediation.Suitable applicants will have the following profile:
UK qualified Solicitor or Barrister;
Strong academic background;
Commercial litigation experience from a top city or regional law firm/at the Bar in a major city such as London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dublin, and/or Belfast;
