- A degree in engineering, architecture, safety, emergency and disaster management, construction management or related fields preferred.
- Seven to ten years’ experience in supervision and management of professional and technical disciplines. Must possess leadership ability and have good human relations skills.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to conceptual alternatives.
- Must have ability to interpret blueprints.
- Must have knowledge of plumbing, electrical and air conditioning related to healthcare facilities.
- Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulation. Have knowledge and can produce a scope of work and URCA for each construction and renovation projects.
- Able to communicate effectively with management, design professionals, project teams, clients, contractors, and sub-contractors.
- Responsible for managing multiple projects and project teams in support of projects.
- Ability to work with contractors and resolving construction issues. Must be able to report to work in the event of a disaster or after hour's emergencies.
- An Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, safety, emergency and disaster management, construction management or related fields preferred.
