Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks.

Demonstrate knowledge and experience in finish carpentry.
Work comfortably at heights of 40 feet or higher.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Travel to different job sites as required.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in general labor positions.
Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
Strong understanding of finish carpentry techniques.
Ability to work at heights of 40 feet or higher.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
