Excellent benefits including paid single insurance coverage, flexible PTO and bonus potential!A well-established small business located near South Buffalo is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Supervisor to oversee their customer service department.The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for handling business-to-business sales with distributors, customer calls and complaints, and investigating and resolving shipping issues.The Customer Service Supervisor will also lead a small team of customer service representatives, ensuring outstanding customer service is provided and orders are processed in a timely manner.The ideal candidate has proven leadership skills and high motivation to succeed. A customer-oriented mindset is a must!
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience with ERP systems is required
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Proven customer service and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb time management and multitasking skills
