- Lead business plan validation following industry best practices.
- Develop and implement frameworks and guidelines for product management teams to create risk management and hypothesis testing strategies.
- Mentor product teams through the review of risk management plans, steering the development of strategic execution options during the business planning phase.
- Develop guidelines and quality criteria for business plans to evaluate these options critically to recommend the most viable paths for product development and go to market.
- Conduct analysis to foresee and mitigate common challenges in large-scale enterprise software launches (especially at Siemens), particularly focusing on preemptive risk evaluation during the initial stages of product development.
- Liaise with technical stakeholders and integrate validation workflows for technical feasibility and company standard compliance assessments.
- Collaborate with market and strategic user research teams to develop hypothesis testing plans that address and prioritize identified risks.
- Develop and maintain a risk repository infrastructure, enhancing tracking and analytics for executive communication and continuous process improvement.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science or a related field, with a profound understanding of the tech industry.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project risk management or a related role, preferably within a software or technology company.
- Proven track record in developing business and hypothesis testing plans, as well as launch strategies for enterprise software.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud and SaaS business models and their strategic implications.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, focused on risk management and business planning within the enterprise software domain.
- Solid understanding of software product lifecycle, from conception to market introduction.
- Proficiency in risk management and hypothesis testing, tailored to ensure product desirability and market viability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines, balancing both commercial and technical priorities.
- Working knowledge of RPA, programming (i.e. Python), data analytics and large language models
