- Mastering our accounting system, GP, to prepare precise billing.
- Dispatching work orders and service tickets, ensuring our field personnel are always in the loop.
- Managing customer relations like a pro—keeping tabs on alarm monitoring contacts and providing timely updates.
- Overseeing the logistics of service calls from scheduling to billing, not to mention approving on-site labor and materials.
