Purpose of Occupational Therapist (OT):
Provide services to treat impairments, functional limitations, disabilities or changes in physical function and health status for patients normally performed in their home, schools, or occupational settings.
Requirements of Occupational Therapist (OT):
Appropriate license to practice in the State of Delaware.
At least six (6) months experience within the last five (5) years working as an OT within in a hospital, home care or nursing home setting within the United States.
CPR certified.
Negative TB test result
Pass a background check.
Provide two (2) professional references.
Able to travel to cases as assigned.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Meets the requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks.
