What you'll do:
  • Run Strategic Projects - Independently own and run critical strategic projects to enhance our Go-To-Market strategies and processes. Enable executive and cross functional teams to make strategic decisions by delivering effective data driven narratives and solutions to strike a balance between speed and scale
  • Removing roadblocks and implementing change - Identify blockers and best practices across workstreams and teams and drive continuous improvement in team operating models based on data; and persuading cross-functional teams (including engineering, business, product and partner teams) and stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Governance and visibility - Drive visibility into end to end status and health of roadmaps at various executive levels to drive appropriate accountability and action
  • Driving organizational change - Be passionate about the seller, be seller obsessed, set the example for your team and drive marketplace education that drives ownership across Walmart. The ultimate objective for you is to drive organizational and cultural change at Walmart to ensure Marketplace delivers on its longer-term goals.
