- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or certification in HR management is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Experience in the private equity sector or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes. Experience with executive recruitment and leadership development is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to lead and manage HR initiatives and projects, driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic mindset with analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and talent management software, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, with a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
