As a Human Resources Manager specializing in the private equity sector within Software as a Service (SaaS) companies, you will play a pivotal role in driving human capital strategies, talent management, and organizational development initiatives to support the growth and success of portfolio companies. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, HR teams, and stakeholders to align HR practices with business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of innovation and performance excellence within the SaaS portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts for portfolio companies, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and execute talent acquisition strategies. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with organizational culture and values.Employee Relations and Compliance: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with executive leadership and finance teams to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to attract and retain top talent. Conduct benchmarking and analysis of compensation data to ensure alignment with market trends and industry benchmarks.Learning and Development: Develop and implement learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and skill development. Identify training needs, design training programs, and facilitate workshops or seminars to enhance employee capabilities and performance.Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance improvement strategies and career development opportunities.Organizational Development: Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives. Facilitate strategic planning sessions, organizational restructuring, and cultural transformation efforts to support business growth and scalability.HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data analytics to track key metrics, trends, and insights related to employee engagement, turnover, and workforce demographics. Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to executive leadership, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive work environment and strong company culture within portfolio companies. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.HR Policy and Procedure Development: Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with company values. Communicate changes effectively to employees and facilitate training as needed.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or certification in HR management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Experience in the private equity sector or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes. Experience with executive recruitment and leadership development is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage HR initiatives and projects, driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic mindset with analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and talent management software, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, with a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
