Written Exam (Weight 100%): Will be conducted for the purpose of assessing the applicant's knowledge of principles of customer service and human behavior; business practices; appropriate business attire; telephone etiquette; organizational practices and procedures; basic mathematics; basic computer operations; techniques of interviewing to obtain information; basic grammar; basic public contact skills.Applicants must attain at least a 70% score on each phase of the examination process.This position works within the Department of Human Services.
