Responsibilities & QualificationsRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead a team of 10+ Tier III Systems Admins and Engineers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ Years Experience Leading an Enterprise Infrastructure Team
  • Demonstrated experience leading the creation of system documentation and SOPs and Root Cause Analysis
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Change Management procedures and adherence
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Environment and experience with migration
  • Demonstrated experience with the use of the MECM (previously SCCM) Deployment tool for routine and urgent deployments
  • Demonstrated experience with Big Fix and the Microsoft Cloud Management Gateway (CMG)
  • Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management;
  • Demonstrated successful working knowledge and supervision of employees of various ITIL Tier III labor categories and skills
  • Demonstrated experience in an Enterprise Service Desk Ticketing Environment, with an ITSM Tool such as Service Now or Remedy
  • Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Data Center Operations and Windows Server Infrastructure Support
  • Knowledge of PowerShell Scripting
  • Knowledge of Federal Civilian network and system security requirements.
  • Knowledge of and experience with help desk support and operations, escalations, etc.
  • Knowledge of networking and network-based software applications.
  • Demonstrated experience with the ITIL framework (currently v4)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing Data Center IT projects/operations in an organization similar in size to NOAA CorpSrv (~3500 End Users)
