- Provide 1st and 2nd level support by troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving most incidents.
- Operates and monitors Windows Server and Linux based systems using established procedures.
- Monitor production environment and troubleshoot critical issues and escalate, if needed.
- Utilizes incident management ticketing systems to report and document issues.
- Communicate via phone and electronic notification for escalation of major issues and critical events.
- Initiate and assist on troubleshooting conference calls.
- Completes shift checklists and status reports as required.
- Perform basic networking troubleshooting.
- Perform system processing utilizing established tools and procedures.
- Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance from Lottery customers via email and/or inbound calls.
