- Following recipes meticulously while also bringing your own creative flair to the table.
- Managing inventory and supplies, lifting items that may weigh 50 lbs. or more.
- Adapting to various baking schedules, including mid-afternoon to night shifts, and being flexible during holiday seasons for potential overnight shifts.
- A proven track record in the kitchen, showcasing your ability to follow complex recipes and pay attention to the fine details that make our breads exceptional.
- The strength and stamina to handle the physical aspects of the job, including standing for long periods and managing heavy lifting.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work through changes and maintain high-quality standards under pressure.
- At least 1+ years of large-scale baking or pastry experience (preferred, not required).
- A keen understanding of food handler and sanitation regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
- A formal baking or pastry education is a plus, but not a requirement.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for this position.
