- Field customer calls and emails relating to new home buyer service requests.
- Collect formal service requests and record the information accurately and promptly in the database.
- Locate, qualify, and select vendors to provide efficient home warranty services to our customers.
- Serve as the liaison between customers, manufacturers, and contractors to drive positive customer service results.
- File and maintain communications and records which can be shared effectively with other team members as needed.
- Work with each home building factory’s team and with their online applications to complete service requests.
- Prepare check requests for vendors, contractors, and customers.
- Receive payment and record receipts for services to provide accurate details to the accounting department.
- Create and send “Welcome” packets to new customers to outline the service process and expectations.
- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required.
- Two years of administrative and/or home building industry experience preferred.
- Proven customer service experience with strong phone skills related to problem resolution.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and a strong communicator.
- Intermediate mastery of Microsoft Office Suite product. (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. (Spanish bi-lingual is a plus)
- Great at multitasking and seeing multiple projects to completion simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills; exemplary record of attendance and punctuality.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
