- Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, architecture, interior design, marketing, communications or other closely related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- 3 years of solution based selling experience within commercial interiors, contract furniture systems, commercial real estate, and/or architectural workplace solutions.
- Experience building a network of business relationships to create sales opportunities.
- Ability to travel daily away from home offices up to 70% of time in assigned market, including occasional overnight travel.
- Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work in the Charlotte, NC market without relocation assistance.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape and key influencers in the Charlotte market.
- Experience working in the office furniture industry.
- Experience managing territory, including client, influencer, and dealer relationships.
- Quota retirement responsibilities.
- Experience working with CRM.
