Description :SUMMARYWe are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic candidate to join a high-performing IT team in our Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will be an independent learner and a go-getter with excellent customer service skills. This is a hands-on position that requires technical skills that are necessary to troubleshoot, support, and administer a wide range of technologies used within the company. The IT Specialist will work closely with the rest of the Technology and Infrastructure team, reporting to Manager, Information Technology.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Utilize Jira ticketing system to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Provide first response technical assistance to Welltower employees and Executive Team by phone, email and in person
  • Identify, troubleshoot, research, and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Install new computers, monitors, printers, phones, and peripherals
  • Assists with IT projects and implementing new technologies; researching information as required
  • Assists with patching workstations and endpoint security
  • Various system administration responsibilities including managing Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365 and Exchange Online
  • Configure and manage devices using desktop and mobile device management software
  • Provide IT support after hours and on weekends as needed and when required to be on the on-call schedule
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following technologies:
  • Jira Service Management Ticketing System

  • Printers and multi-function devices
  • iPhones and iPads managed by MobileIron
  • Office 365 services - OneDrive for Business and Exchange Online
  • Okta SSO
  • Active Directory
  • Remote access – Zscaler VPN
  • Audio and video Zoom Room conferencing
  • Email security and filtering – Mimecast
  • Operating System imaging and deployment
