His lifelong dream was to work as a chef or in a restaurant. After graduating with a degree in Restaurant Management, he began his managing career during the brew pub boom of the early 2000s in a full-service brew pub restaurant and lounge. He quickly rose through the ranks to become the corporate beverage manager of the company’s two locations.From there, he moved on to be the lead hospitality and beverage manager of the newly built local casino where he thrived in the high pace environment, focused on training and service.
