Visiting businesses and introducing yourself! Build long lasting relationships.
Identify the decision maker and ask open ended questions to learn more about their specific industry, pain points, and hiring needs.
Set appointments and consultatively educate prospects on the advantages of letting our team of efficient and urgent recruiters do the dirty work for them.

Present and sell Express service solutions and people to new and existing customers.
Prospect and contact potential customers.
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Set follow up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
Create sales material to present to customers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales and customer service.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation skills.
Deadline and detail oriented.
Ability to take feedback and move on.
