- Manage all budget and invoicing activities with a close eye to detail for all brands.
- Maintain close communication with Marketing and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and on-time payments, and real-time awareness of planned vs. committed vs. spent dollars.
- Maintain budget tracker and IO releases.
- Oversee coupon redemption budgeting and tracking.
- Act as the marketing point of contact for Consumer Services, gathering on-going insights from consumer calls. Report key insights and proposed actions to marketing leads to ensure best in class consumer experiences.
- Coordinate materials for Sales meetings, both external and internal.
- Work with R&D to deliver new product samples for key customer meetings.
- With guidance from marketing leads, develop sales sheets to enable the sales team selling new items to retailers.
- Generate ideas and aid in coordinating activities for large-scale annual meetings.
- Maintain relationship with AC Nielsen, and other partners as required.
- Provide information for new item set up and discontinued item deletions.
- Coordinate product and asset delivery as required.
- Assist marketing leads in executing activations.
- Develop an organized and consistent approach to Marketing Team Share Point site and support on-going maintenance efforts.
- E-commerce support – asset/copy management, analytics (Google Analytics), and competitive intel.
- Support marketing and cross-functional teams in coordinating efforts such as:
- Data collection and Competitive analyses
- Internal communications supporting big Brand efforts
- International new product launches
- Social media posting and analytics
- Consumer research inputs
- Meeting coordination
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of professional experience; Marketing organization experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of independently working towards goals and prioritizing efforts across multiple requests.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that requires professionalism, collaboration, relationship building, and agility.
- Computer proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- This role may require domestic travel once per quarter.
