- Conduct site investigation prior to forming a plan of operations to identify any problems or conditions of an unusual nature that may be present.
- Estimate and bid new projects in coordination with engineering group
- Responsible for document submittal, contract management, and equipment for projects in production
- Manage schedule, budget, and manpower to meet and exceed deadlines and budgets
- Create measurements to determine the strategic plan is met during all phases of construction
- Consult with owners on various problems discovered during bid preparation, design, rates, schedules, etc.

- Review bid documents for value engineering and cost savings
- Master's or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Manager
- P.E. licensure is preferred but not a requirement
- 3+ years experience as Project Manager in geotechnical consulting or construction for specialty foundation projects
- Must be have an understanding of the technical aspects of what is proposed by designers
- Positive relationship-building approach with clients and team
- Track record of effective leadership and communication skills
- Able to travel minimally as needed to support other projects in various regions
