- Run small crews and complete small projects independently or with a team.
- Estimate project timelines and material requirements, presenting written estimates to the service manager.
- Identify sales opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, owners, service managers, and team members to ensure project completion within budget and schedule.
- Update as-built drawings and ensure work is completed within code requirements.
- Determine efficient installation methods for changes to existing services.
- Communicate daily with the service manager regarding scheduling and work progress.
- Obtain and order materials as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of electrical experience in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Journeyman Electrical License
- Valid Drivers License
- Professional communication skills with clients and contractors.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience as an electrical worker
- Ability to complete common repair and maintenance tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience with commonly used hand and power tools

- May occasionally work beyond posted work hours as well as work overtime due to demand.
