- Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5PM
- 38-40 Hours
- Answering phones- as back up.
- Data entry
- Greet and welcome guests
- Filing (including organizing, sorting, and maintaining files)
- Copy, fax, scan, email and use search engine
- Assist in quarterly and annual audits
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by management
- Assist in preparing tax documents for the accounting team.
- Other Admin duties as assigned.
