- Develop and maintain high-touch positive relationships with clients and clearing firms
- Onboard new day trading accounts
- Help resolve trade and platform issues
- Reply to customer service live chat and emails
- Manage phone inquiries, emails and chats in a courteous, polite and efficient manner
- Provide details and analysis of chatroom trends and backup for locate requests
- Generate sales leads
- Demonstrate understanding of quotes, markets, financial instruments, and trading concepts
- Demonstrate the ability to process status reports, verify transactions and perform calculations to understand buying power
- Establish proficient understanding and usage of order entry system, account management and quote software.
- Assist internal brokers resolving customer service questions and issues
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others, demonstrate ability to function in a team environment
- Adhere and comply with Company policies, procedures and compliance per FINRA/SEC regulations.
- The successful Registered Rep must be able to work as a collaborative team member in a fast paced and interactive environment.
- Strong understanding of market terminology.
- Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and precise manner.
- Detail oriented, accurate and ability to multi task
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Minimum 2+ year’s stock option brokerage experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of margins, equities and options.
- Excellent analytical skills and math aptitude.
- Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses preferred (will sponsor).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
