- The Assistant Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing the Front Desk, Concierge, At Your Service and Valet/Bell departments while assisting Resort Front Office Manager with planning day to day operations, organizing the departments, motivating the team members to exceed our guests' expectations, and training the Guest Service Agents.
- This position directly reports to Front Office Manager and is responsible for supervising Guest Service and At Your Service Agents.
- Must have a work permit or authorization to work in the USA.
- Must have experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury setting not required but helpful.
- A flexible schedule is required, including weekends and holidays.
- Have excellent communication and organization skills.
- Must be able to work in a high-paced and dynamic operation.
- Able to work together with other colleagues.
- Have a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner.

- Excellent verbal and good written skills are required.
- Spanish and Creole language knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to learn PMS systems.
