- Obsess over your clients’ brands, their competitors, our industry and everything that impacts those things—whether it’s the weather in Shanghai or something that Elon Musk tweeted overnight. Turn your findings into clear perspectives on business impact and potential opportunities.
- Become a wealth of clear direction and inspiration to creative teams. Partner with creatives to concept and build out ideas that thrive in relevant media environments and draft off cultural trends.
- Craft and deliver compelling, strategic presentations that move our clients’ and our own businesses forward.
- Above all else: Be a key player in our quest to develop the smartest, most creative work in the world. (What, like it’s hard?)
- Join forces with our Head of Social to create airtight social strategies that help brands tell their stories authentically and compellingly across relevant platforms
- Be a nonstop scroller: constantly monitor social media platforms to keep agency on top of trends, evolving capabilities, best practices and how other brands are breaking through
- Become an asset to our creative teams as they develop work, inspiring them to think social-first and push past platform conventions
- Partner with Head of Social and internal social team to grow and manage Agency channels – Instagram, Linkedin and TikTok
- You’re a whip-smart, culture-obsessed problem solver with 2-4 years of experience in a brand strategy or social strategy role in advertising, branding, marketing or a similar field
- You’re equal parts social butterfly and great listener—you invite conversation anytime, anywhere, with anyone, and no word is ever wasted
- You’re doggedly curious and are never satisfied with the obvious answer — you’re the Indiana Jones of deeper, smarter, better and more irresistible insights
- Your analytical skills are matched only by your storytelling skills: you naturally spin complex information into inspirational gold, because you know data is only as strong as its delivery
- You’re very online — so you’re the first to know about all things digital media, the latest social trends and platform best practices
- You’re as much a creative as you are a strategist — you’ve mastered how to evaluate and elevate the former so you can deliver even better on the latter
- Your presentation skills are top-notch—you’re magnetic, captivating and confident whether you’re in a room of coworkers or a room of C-suite executives. Extra points if you ever took improv classes.
- “That’s not my job” is not in your vocabulary: you’re adaptable and willing to take on whatever it takes for the betterment of the team and projects
- You’re open to travel
