- Create and maintain accuracy of customer account information.
- Setup installation projects.
- Process approvals of service and maintenance quotes.
- Setup new annual inspections.
- Process renewals of annual inspections.
- Support daily office operations and team communications.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Be able to utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- ProfitZoom Software experience a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Attention to details is a must to succeed in this position.
- Ability to communicate effectively to get information.
- Should be adaptable and maintain a positive attitude in a changing environment.
- Demonstrate strong problem solving and communication skills.
