- Conduct door-to-door outreach to identify potential customers in residential neighborhoods.
- Generate leads through effective communication.
- Utilize marketing materials and product knowledge to create interest and awareness.
- Develop a strong understanding of the customer's roofing needs and concerns.
- Build rapport and trust with homeowners through professional and courteous interactions.
- Conduct comprehensive and persuasive sales presentations to potential customers.
- Showcase the benefits of our roofing solutions, addressing customer inquiries and objections.
- Provide accurate and transparent pricing information.
- Prepare detailed proposals based on customer needs and preferences.
- Clearly explain contract terms and secure signed agreements.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions from sales to implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- MUST HAVE A LATE MODEL TRUCK (Half ton or Larger) or the eagerness to invest in one before starting the job.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections with persistence.
- Familiarity with the Austin, TX residential market is a plus.
