- Be responsible for the development, analysis and completion of proposals
- Work with other functions from across the company to understand and evaluate the labor, material and other direct costs associated with proposed contracts and the associated program
- Lead the development of Basis of Estimates to include tracking progress, validating and analyzing actuals, ensuring consistency across the program, and confirming the estimating approach is sound
- Assess, develop and implement solutions leading to a thorough proposal submittal
- Interface and coordinate with all levels of management within the program
- Perform detailed and complex analysis of inputs to ensure soundness in our estimates
- Serve as a back up to the Program Financial Analyst
- A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant business experience listed below or 5 to 10 years of experience in lieu of the degree
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines in a schedule driven environment
