- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Lead market research initiatives to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and operations to define product requirements and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product roadmap development, feature prioritization, and product positioning.
- Develop marketing collateral such as sales materials, product presentations, and website content to support product launches and ongoing promotion.
- Analyze marketing and product performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and product management.
- Attend industry trade shows, committee meetings, etc. as necessary in order to maintain brand visibility in WinTech’s various markets.
- Develop the corporate Product Master Plan and associated processes and documentation.
- Develop process for and manage comprehensive product rollouts including website updates (news tab), social media presence, ad publication, etc. as needed.
