Monitor and analyze budgets & forecasts, optimize financial processes & reporting, deliver standard product costing, develop business cases, and work with operational leaders on achieving financial targets. Room for advancement!Hybrid role - 2 days/week in the CT office.REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS required; CPA and/or MBA a plus.
- 3+ years of finance/accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, including costing, budgeting, forecasting, inventory & month-end close.
- Knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Experience with process improvements & CAPEX a plus.
